The staff was helpful in arranging an early morning taxi for a group of five. They provided a travel kit with sandwiches, cookies, and drinks when we couldn't attend breakfast. The room had working AC and wifi, and the pool was a nice feature.

We were in Tulum for 3 days, had really comfortable stay, the hotel was spotlessly clean with marvellous location near the beach. The room was large in general, with balcony. Location: the property was next to the closest supermarket, ADO bus station and Centro Palma food trucks and the center of town. There was Wurstbude nearby, offering quick meals...

The room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and climate control. I appreciated having an individual safe and a writing desk in the room. - the swimming pool view was a good bonus. - the staff were super friendly and offered excellent services.

Spacious room with comfy beds and a nice balcony. Pool opens from 8am to 9pm, perfect for a refreshing swim. Helpful staff provided plates and cutlery. Good breakfast included. Close to fruteria and restaurants.

We recently stayed at Axkan Hotel and had a great experience. the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially considering they are a new property still learning the ropes. the pool was fantastic and the nearby Pike Gym was a convenient option for us to get in workouts for a small daily fee. We also appreciated the vendor park with food and drink options, as well as the close proximity to town center. the room was spacious with comfortable beds, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

I stayed at Axkan for a week while exploring the area. The hotel had everything I needed, from comfy beds and good aircon to a nice bathroom and helpful staff at reception. The cleaning was top-notch, and the price was really reasonable. The highlight for me was the amazing bar in the swimming pool, which made for a great atmosphere. The pool itself was fantastic, and I often had it all to myself. Plus, they even brought breakfast to my room, with coffee included. Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, with great air conditioning and comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful swimming pool that had different coloured lights at night. We also appreciated the private balconies and the fact that we could park our car conveniently. The staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay, which made our visit even more enjoyable.

I loved my room at Axkan Tulum! It was cozy and had a great pool view. The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning saved me from the Tulum heat. The private bathroom was a plus too!

The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the wardrobe in the room. It was a bit small for my backpacker lifestyle.
